"Hello, I'm Kylee Pietrzak, Founder of the Carter Memorial Foundation. In 2017 I had my sons Carter & Braxton Yeager, Unfortunately they suffered from Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome, I was diagnosed with TTTS at 23 weeks. They sent me to Seattle Washington for an emergency surgery and I had my twins. Carter passed away shortly after birth from heart failure & Braxton survived where we remained in Denver for 4 more months before we could come home. We got into a financial bind with medical costs & emotional stress that came along with everything we were going through.. this changed our lives. So, the purpose behind this Foundation is to provide others families that are in the same financial burden that we were in. We provide cash revenue, travel expenses, and or medical expenses to help in any way we can.."

Kylee and Justin’s favorite past time is baseball and they thought there is no better way to honor their son, Carter. The Family has now dedicated their time to have an annual tournament in memory of Carter and raise money to donate to the organizations that helped them through their tough time.
